The Secret Life Of Lego Bricks
by Daniel Konstanski

An outstanding look at the basic design and thought process that has gone into the development of Lego elements and sets over the last 60 yesrs. An official Lego book so it glosses over bad decisions made by the company in the past. Also doesn’t go as deeply into the manufacturing process as most interested readers would probably like. Still overall an interesting in depth read with lots of likely new info for anyone with an interest in the product.

The book was so good and I realized how badly the people that were sent to the camps were actually treated. I learnt so much from it.

This book was about Stick Bug and Beatle. They are friends and it was Stick Bugs birthday. Beatle got him a purple puffy coat but Stick Bug always wore a frown because of it. It was was too purple, too puffy, too fancy, too everything. Beatle loved this coat but Stick Bug was uncomfortable. Beatle realized this was not a good gift for Stick Bug so he wrote him a note for his real birthday, saying he never had to wear the coat again. Stick Bug was so happy he made Beatle a purple puffy vest from it.

The chapters always ended during big and important events in the story but I feel like the character development could have been bigger and deeper. But otherwise, great book.

Really cute time travel quick read. Reflective on how women can lose their selves after marriage and children.
